The hotel had spacious rooms with 2 Queen beds, each equipped with a TV, its own sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower. Unfortunately, the water slide was closed during my visit, which was a bummer, but at least the pool was open for enjoyment. I noticed parts of a dead spider on the bathroom floor, which was not pleasant. On the bright side, the accommodations seemed to be the largest on the property.
The hotel has rooms with separate living spaces but had a strong unpleasant smell upon arrival and some cleanliness issues. The service was accommodating, with a minor inconvenience regarding facilities maintenance. The location was busy with an unexpected security flaw. The dining experience was decent, offering a good variety of choices. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were awesome for us, clean, and equipped with everything we might need. The service was great, extremely responsive, and they even took care of an issue after hours. The location was fantastic, especially for events at the Maverik Center. However, the dining experience was just okay. Overall, a great value for money.
